Students at Dewitt Elementary are learning that a small donation can make a big difference.

Imagine being able to build a robot from scratch and program it to complete various tasks. Students in the Knox County Schools now have that opportunity thanks to a grant awarded to Lynn Camp from US First Robotics and the 4-H program.

Present day history came alive for 8th grade students at Knox County Middle School on February 16 during the school district’s first Skype classroom teleconference.

Several students were in the spotlight at the February 22, 2011 meeting of the Knox County Board of Education.

The Knox Central High School cheerleaders placed 10th in the state at the KAPOS cheerleading competition held at Western Kentucky University on Saturday, February 19th.
