The Knox County Public Schools are cooperating with local law enforcement as they investigate a bomb threat at Knox Central High School.
The Barbourville Police Department and Knox County Sheriffs Department are investigating the threat that was reported to school administrators prior to noon on Monday. Because the investigation is on-going, the school district is unable to release additional details at this time.

The Knox County Public Schools will be dismissing school at 1:15pm on Monday, November 23, due to a bomb threat reported at Knox Central High School.
Knox Central High School is being evacuated as a result of the threat.
The Barbourville Police Department and Knox County Sheriffs Department are conducting the investigation.
