KCHS to host baby and toddler pageant as part of Daniel Boone week festivities

The Knox Central Senior Class is making plans to host the annual Baby and Toddler Pageant, a part of Daniel Boone Festival week festivities in Barbourville.

This year’s event will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2pm, at the Knox County Middle School new gymniasum (311 North Main Street). Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for school-age children.

Families wishing to enter their child into the pageant may do so for a discounted early bird entry fee of $25 single / $10 each additional sibling now through September 19. On September 20 entry fees increase to $40 single / and $20 for each additional sibling.

Award categories will be given for each age group for prettiest smile, hair, and eyes, best dressed, personality and photogentic. Overall pageant winners of queen and king will be presented.

Entry forms, pictures, and fees will be accepted at the front office of Knox Central High School Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm. For more information call (606)546-9253.
