Preschool registration continues for fall

School might have started for Knox County students, but it’s not too late to register your child for headstart or preschool!

Parents and guardians of three (3) and four (4) year olds who are interested in attending KCEOC Head Start or Knox County Preschool are invited to complete an application for the upcoming school year.

Children who are 3 or 4 including children with special needs by August 1, 2016 are eligible for Head Start.  Children who are 4 by August 1, 2016 or are 3 with a disability are eligible for Knox County Preschool.

The application packet is available for download and printing on our preschool page and may be returned to the KCEOC Head Start Office or KCPS Preschool Office.

Please bring the following information, if available, with your application:

  • Proof of Income (Check Stub, W-2, or Tax Return)
