The goal of Odyssey of the Mind is to teach team cooperation and sportsmanship while developing problem-solving skills through creative and original thinking.  Working in small teams, students apply their creativity to solve carefully designed problems that range from building mechanical devices to presenting their own interpretation of literary classics.

State competition will be held on April 2nd at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green.  Teams that earn top rankings at State will advance to the World Finals at Iowa State University, May 25-28.
