The Knox County Board of Education will meet on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 for their regularly scheduled meeting. The meeting, however, is being classified as a “special-called” meeting due to a change in location. The meeting will take place in the Old Rock Gymnasium on the campus of Knox County Middle School instead of the Board of Education’s Annex building. The change in venue is to accommodate the number of student presentations being planned during the communications portion of the agenda.
The December meeting will be the first that is streamed live on the Internet as a test pilot for future meetings. It will be tape delayed for playback on channel 4 in Barbourville. The video feed is included below.
