Knox County’s top spellers will unite on Wednesday for a chance to represent the county at the annual Kentucky Derby Spelling Bee this spring. The Bee will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 10am, at the Board Annex in Barbourville.
Twenty two (22) students representing elementary and middle schools in Knox County Public Schools and Barbourville Independent Schools will be participating. Each has placed first or second in their school level bee. School level top spellers include:
