After-hours technology help available for students and staff

With students Learning@Home and teachers preparing lessons using new online applications, the Knox County Public Schools’ technology department has launched an after-hours help desk.

From 4 pm until 8 pm each evening, students and staff that have technology questions may call 606-277-2415.  The help desk will be staffed based on need and will be able to troubleshoot basic hardware and login issues over the phone.

Technology support remains available via email for both students and staff.  You may send an email to with your request for help providing as many details as possible and a telephone number for follow-up if needed.
