The third grade class at Lynn Camp Elementary loves to read and they were eager to share their love with kindergarten students this Valentine’s Day.
Vanessa Ross’ third grade class made very special Valentine’s Day books for Lisa Broughton’s kindergarten class. Once their books were complete, each student picked a buddy and read the book to them. After the initial reading, the third grade students let the kindergarten students read it back to them.
How did the kindergarten students show their love and appreciation for the third grade? “We took them a sweet treat for being so kind to us,” shared Broughton, “Our students are showing our camper pride each and every day.”
