As Knox County students prepare to head back to school, the transportation department is reminding drivers about the importance of school bus safety.
In collaboration with The Mountain Advocate, the Knox County Public Schools published a school bus safety graphic in last week’s edition of the newspaper. The graphic shows bus stop sign laws in various scenarios of two and multi-lane roads.
The transportation department also has released a list of tentative school bus routes and bus numbers for families.
