The Knox County Board of Education took action on Friday, February 27, to approve next school year’s academic calendar. Following a survey of staff and families, the Board selected a variable calendar that allows for the counting of instructional time vs. instructional days.
The following is a copy of the approved calendar as of March 3, 2026. Any changes to the calendar will be reflected on the District’s calendar webpage at https://knoxkyschools.com/calendar.
