Kindergarten registration for the 2015-2016 school year is scheduled at Jesse D. Lay Elementary and Girdler Elementary Schools.Jesse D. Lay Elementary will hold Kindergarten registration Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8 from 8am to 3pm daily in the Lay School Main Office.
Girdler Elementary will also hold Kindergarten registration Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8 from 10am to 2pm each day.
Any student that will 5 years old before October 1, 2015 must be registered for Kindergarten for the 2015-16 school year. Students already enrolled in the Preschool program at each respective school must also register.
The following documents must be on file to register for Kindergarten:
- State Certified Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Up-to-date Immunization Certificate
- The following may be performed anytime before school entry:
- Eye Examination
- Physical Examination
- Dental Examination
