Students across Knox County will be learning about the benefits of a healthy, drug-free life during Red Ribbon Week activities scheduled throughout the school district.
Red Ribbon Week, being held October 28 – November 1 in the Knox County Public Schools, is the oldest and largest drug prevention program in the nation reaching millions of young people each year. Going beyond the boundaries of the school and classroom, it is an ideal way for people and communities to unite and take a visible stand against drugs.
