Applications for all substitute positions are now being accepted for the spring semester.
Due to changes with the federal Affordable Healthcare Act, the Knox County Board of Education will only be accepting substitute applications twice annually. This includes all substitute positions (e.g. substitute teacher, instructional aide, cook/baker, bus driver, bus monitor, custodian).
Interested applicants must submit all components of their application before the close of business on January 31 or July 31 each year. Applications will be screened, interviews will be conducted if needed, and candidates will be notified of employment after February 1 or August 1st.
