Helena Ledington and Tracy Mills’ sixth grade students enjoyed their 1st annual “Book Tasting” event at Central Elementary on Tuesday, October 3.
Students were allowed to sample 5 different genres of books to determine if it would be something they would like to read in the future, thus raising student awareness of various genres.
After completing their “menus”, they enjoyed a light snack of cookies and juice. Everyone gave it two thumbs up.
