PAWS camp to be held for grades 3-8

Power.  Agility.  Wellness.  Speed.

That is the focus of the upcoming PAWS camp sponsored by Knox Central High and Knox County Middle football coaching staff.

The camp, for males and females in grades 3-8, will focus on developing and refining athletic ability using body weight exercises.  These workouts will be beneficial for athletes involved in any sport.

The camp is free for all students and will be offered Tuesday and Thursday nights, 7pm to 8pm, beginning February 16, 2017.  The camp will be held at the Knox Central field house.

Coaches participating in the camp are focusing on the core areas of balance, strength, and running technique that will help athletes move best on the field of play and help prevent injuries.

Athletes will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian the first time that they attend a session.  This camp is sponsored by the Knox Central 12th Man Club.
