Family Resource and Youth Service Centers across Kentucky are asking for support in the form of completing their biennium services survey.
This survey is for community partners, advisory council members, teachers, principals, school staff & district administrators, superintendents, board members, SBDM council members, parents, grandparents, and students. The data collected will be used with our state leaders to show the importance of FRYSC in our schools and communities.
The survey will end at 5:00 pm (ET) on Friday, January 28, 2022.
