Heritage festival being planned at Knox Central

Plans are underway for the first annual Heritage Festival at Knox Central High School.

Local artisan vendors are invited to exhibit and sell their work during the event which is scheduled to be held in conjunction with football homecoming festivities on Friday, October 2nd.

Vendors may setup beginning at 3pm following the dismissal of school and may remain until after the football game.  Knox Central will play Clay County with the Heritage Queen Coordination also scheduled as part of the evening’s events.

The cost to setup is $25 per space and includes two tickets to the coronation and game.  Setup will occur on the track surrounding the field at James H. Hampton Stadium.

The event is open to the public for a fee of $5 including admission to the coronation and game.
