Former principal Marcie Walker returned to Dewitt on Wednesday, September 26, to celebrate the achievement of all students on last year’s K-PREP. Dewitt was among one of the first schools to use i-Ready tests and lessons in the district during Walker’s time as principal. The kids and staff were all smiles to see her return! Their faces were also white as the 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students had to lick whip cream to reveal their KPREP scores written on plates.
